The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The dentist listened to what I had to say knowing that I was feeling a little anxious about my appointment. She was very friendly and reassuring. She put me at ease and talked me through everything that was happening.

From making the appointment after an initial first check up I already was so impressed by the dental practice. The reception team are so pleasant and helpful and likewise the dentist I saw and nurse. I felt totally at ease and in safe hands. I have never had such good treatment. There was a most friendly atmosphere throughout what was a very good experience and I have every confidence in returning for future check ups and what treatment may then be necessary.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I had a problem getting to my appointment due to roadworks and traffic but the reception staff were very understanding. I've seen my dentist for many years and have the utmost confidence and trust in her. As a bonus she can be very funny.

I’ve been a patient at this practice since I was 13 years old – nearly 38 years – and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.<br><br>The whole team has always been kind, patient and professional. After the COVID lockdowns, I was their first patient back, and they did an amazing job fixing my teeth. The care and attention they gave me was outstanding.<br><br>I’m fortunate to have an NHS place, but I’ve also found their private fees to be very fair and reasonable when I’ve needed treatment outside of the NHS.<br><br>What really sets this practice apart is how they treat people. They were absolutely wonderful with my late mum, who was terrified of going to the dentist. They always treated her with such patience, kindness and understanding, which made a huge difference to her.<br><br>After almost four decades as a patient, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients.
