Welcome to New Lodge Dental Practice in Oxted

I’ve been a patient at this practice since I was 13 years old – nearly 38 years – and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.<br><br>The whole team has always been kind, patient and professional. After the COVID lockdowns, I was their first patient back, and they did an amazing job fixing my teeth. The care and attention they gave me was outstanding.<br><br>I’m fortunate to have an NHS place, but I’ve also found their private fees to be very fair and reasonable when I’ve needed treatment outside of the NHS.<br><br>What really sets this practice apart is how they treat people. They were absolutely wonderful with my late mum, who was terrified of going to the dentist. They always treated her with such patience, kindness and understanding, which made a huge difference to her.<br><br>After almost four decades as a patient, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients.

Quality of treatment and friendliness of all

The reception staff are always very helpful and Fiona is just wonderful as my dentist. I have various health issues that Fiona has to deal with while I’m there. She is not judgemental and very supportive, explaining what needs to be done and how she’ll do it. Then she makes sure that my treatment goes well and relatively painlessly! I'm always pleased with the result. I live 50 miles away but travel gladly for the service I get at New Lodge.

The hygienist and dentist explain the process and make sure I am comfortable at every stage, checking as the procedures take place. Always very personable and patient, especially as I can be very apprehensive. They help ease the worry and anxiety a lot.
