The staff in reception are fantastic and polite and friendly!Elizabeth Bower is a fantastic dentist. She always checks my medication. She is fully aware of other issues I have. She is friendly and careful and explains what she is doing in a way that I understand. I travel down from London for my appointments with her despite the fact that there are many dental clinics in Battersea and Clapham but I would not change her. She and the practice team/staff are just great! I always get the impression that everyone who works there loves working there! Thank you!

I am not a regular patient at New Lodge, although my wife is. However, a piece of one of my teeth fell out, and I was unable to make an appointment at my regular dentist before September - no spaces were available. Therefore, I phoned New Lodge to see if they could fit me in, and I was given an appointment the same day. The dentist took x-rays and was then able to recommend a treatment, which she carried out immediately. She warned me that the filling might not completely cure the problem, but offered to see me again should it prove unsuccessful. So far, this has not proved to be the case, so I am very happy with what she did.
